When you initially contact us to inquire about the Services, you must provide your contact information, including an email address. We will use this information to contact you regarding the Service and to announce new offerings and services that may be of interest to you. Any such communication will include information on how you may request to be removed from future mailings. Electing to be removed from these mailings will not impact your ability to use the Service or order goods and services offered by us The confidentiality of our customers' data is of the greatest importance to us. Light and Magic has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the data that you provide. Our policy is to treat digital photographs and accompanying data provided by customers with care and, subject to the other provisions of this Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions of Use, to use our best efforts to maintain our customers’ confidentiality. As with all electronic transactions, however, the security of your data cannot be 100% guaranteed.

We may share your personal data among our affiliates and representatives. We will not sell your personal information without your consent. We record the number of visits, paths taken, and time spent on our sites and pages. This data may be stored in our servers. However, none of this data is personally identifiable and we share this data only in the aggregate, reflecting overall internet or website usage trends.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance of your session date. Refund of the session fee will be made within 7 working days via the same of original payment. All cancellations made within 24hrs forfeits your session fee.

Due to the custom pre-designed nature of these services, there are no refunds on any design order. Albums ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds on any album orders. Flush Mount and Coffee Table Books are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
  1. a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received,
  2. damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received),
  3. or in the even that the order was erroneously process such as an error was made on the size of the book or color/style, compared to the original recorded order.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Light & Magic Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Light & Magic Photography has sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Light & Magic Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Light & Magic Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

Payments must be made within 48 hours of your booking.
